Liz has worked in the acute care setting for two years prior to joining St. Luke’s in 1994, in outpatient orthopedics. For the past two years she has been working toward manual therapy certification. Her specialties include evaluating foot and ankle complex and casting for orthotics.
Amy Lloyd

Amy manages St. Luke’s Rehabilitation Institute Outpatient Services at the Valley, and St. Luke’s acute care therapy services for Deaconess and Valley Medical Centers in Spokane. Her diversified experience includes occupational therapy, acute care and outpatient therapy. She has been a manager at St. Luke’s since 1995.
Laura Markmann
Laura Markmann, PTA
AA, AAS, Physical Therapist Assistant, Spokane Falls Community College
Laura joined St. Luke’s in 2008, and works in both outpatient aquatics and acute care. Laura’s passion that to move well is to be free, has ignited her interest in healing body therapies including teaching Neuromuscular-Integrative-Action "Nia" classes, and stress management techniques.

Holly Smith joined St. Luke’s in 2009, with experience in outpatient orthopedics. Her specialties include ASTYM and Kinesiotaping.    
Rebecca Taylor
Rebecca Taylor, MPT

Rebecca has worked in the outpatient clinical setting for more than nine years. She enjoys treating sports related injuries, knee and shoulder injuries and working with athletes. Currently, Rebecca is pursuing her OCS and SCS certifications.
Starnani Tomlinson

Star joined St. Luke’s in 1987. Her specialty is in hand therapy. She also has specialized training in strain-counter strain therapy for lower/upper extremities, spine and cranials. She is NDT certified, and an active member of the American Society of Hand Therapists.
Steve Von Ebers
Steve Von Ebers, PTA
AA, Spokane Falls Community College
Steve is a physical therapy assistant. He works with both the neuro and orthopedic patients. He enjoys treating his patients on land and in the water. He has a special interest in gymnastics and has coached at all levels for 30 years.
