Inpatient Satisfaction and Outcomes
Patient satisfaction is key to the success of any health care facility. Because St. Luke's Rehabilitation Institute is committed to getting our patients back to the highest quality of life possible, we consistently measure patient satisfaction and outcomes.

Functional Independence
St. Luke's also contracts with Med Tel Outcomes to monitor the satisfaction and function of patients after they have been discharged from the hospital for 90 days. This survey provides us the opportunity to identify how well our patients are doing back in their communities and homes. These results also give us a method to observe the durability of our rehabilitation services and compare that with a national model. In the graph below, St. Luke's outcomes are compared with other rehabilitation facilities that use Med Tel Outcomes to collect post-discharge data.
