Urinary and bowel incontinence and other pelvic floor disorders are often under-reported, under-diagnosed and under-treated. These conditions are common, but should not be a normal part of aging. St. Luke’s Physical Therapists, with advanced training in pelvic floor rehabilitation, provide services in a compassionate and discrete setting. They often use biofeedback equipment in combination with manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and behavioral methods of bladder and bowel retraining to improve quality of life.
