The survey published by Hospitals & Health Networks (H&HN), awarded St. Luke's Rehabilitation Institute as a 2015 "Most Wired' hospital once again. St. Luke's earned the distinction of being among the most technologically-advanced hospitals in the country by demonstrating superior health care IT use and adoption. This is St. Luke's 13th time receiving this national distinction.
St. Luke's is one of 13 hospitals awarded "Most Wired" using health information technology solutions from Engage, a division of Inland Northwest Health Services (INHS), which were measured as having growth within patient engagement and data security standards in health care.
The survey of more than 741 participants, representing more than 2,213 hospitals, examined how organizations are leveraging IT to improve performance for value-based healthcare in the areas of infrastructure, business and administrative management, quality and safety, and clinical integration.
