Four Team St. Luke's Athletes Named 2012 U.S. Paralympics Track and Field High School All-Americans

SPOKANE, WA---Four Team St. Luke’s Athletes were named 2012 U.S. Paralympics Track and Field High School All-Americans.
- Chelsea McClammer – Richland High School
- Austin Pruitt – Central Valley High School
- Mikila Salazar – West Valley High School
- Amberlynn Weber – Central Valley High School
U.S. Paralympics, a division of the United States Olympic Committee, named a total of fifty-three athletes as 2012 U.S. Paralympics Track and Field High School All-Americans. The selection criteria weigh multiple performances by each athlete compared against the “A” standard for the U.S. Paralympics Track & Field National Team. This is the third year that U.S. Paralympics has honored the top high school track and field athletes who have a physical disability.
Team St. Luke’s is an adaptive sports and recreation program for youth and adults with physical disabilities. The program encourages team members to reach for their dreams and achieve success while developing valuable life skills and making lasting friendships. Teamwork, sharing, loyalty and commitment are taught and reinforced through sports and recreation experiences.
Team St. Luke’s is a service of St. Luke’s Rehabilitation Institute and Inland Northwest Health Services (INHS).
