Support Groups

St. Luke's leads and hosts several support groups each month to assist patients, their family members and care givers in the transition back to home. It's an opportunity to discuss important topics, share experiences and learn from others. To register to attend a St. Luke's support group, email us.

The St. Luke's support groups rely on feedback to determine areas of interests. This feedback helps St. Luke's plan for the upcoming year to better serve our community's needs. To see the areas of interest for this year, click on the links below.

Three community support groups that St. Luke's facilitates were asked to complete a survey indicating their areas of interest for the future. These results will be used to develop a plan for speakers or events in 2012 that will address the specific interests of the support groups. The survey participants were asked to rate the following categories on a scale of 1-3. 1 was not interested, 2 was interested and 3 was very interested. St. Luke's received 6 surveys from Amputee Support Group participants, 5 surveys from Spinal Cord Support Group participants and 8 surveys from Stroke Support Group participants. The bar indicates how many people noted that they were interested or very interested in that subject. The results are as follows:
