Team St. Luke's Brings a Different Kind of Play to Hoopfest 2008

Team St. Luke’s, St. Luke’s Rehabilitation Institutes athletic team for kids with disabilities, has been competing in Hoopfest since 1999, and they’re back this year, stronger than ever. This year Team St. Luke’s has six Junior Teams and one Adult Team playing on courts located on the corner of Bridge and Lincoln. The team members include Chelsea McClammer, Amber Weber, Christine Nielson, Austan Pierce, Casey Ziegler, Will Robbins, Mica Price, Isaiah Rigo, Michael Hoyt, Taylor Nielson, Kasey Andrews, Bob Hunt, Austin Pruitt, Ty Reisenhour, Ben Migliuri, Maregu Austanti, Emily Owens, Mikila Salazar, Kelsie Christensen, Kim Sutton, Krystle Horton, Jordan Clyburn, and Jeremy Weaver.
These amazing athletes bring a different and exciting flavor to the largest three-on-three basketball tournament on the planet, held in Spokane every summer since its inception in1990. And this year, these elite athletes, promise to compete better than ever. Come cheer on Team St. Luke’s at this year’s exciting Hoopfest event.
