Full-time and eligible part-time (those who work 20 hours or more per week) employees may choose between several insurance plans. Eligibility begins the first day of the month following 30 days of employment.

Medical Plan
Two plans are available, with your choice of co-pays/co-insurance and deductibles.

Choose from three plans through Delta Dental of Washington

Vision Plan
Coverage is available for frames and lenses/contact lenses.

Life Insurance Employer Paid 
Basic Life/Accidental Death & Dismemberment coverage of 1X the annual salary for employee. Spouse coverage, $2,500; dependent child, $2,500.

Short-term Disability Employer Paid 
After a 30-day elimination, 70 percent of salary, up to a maximum benefit of $500/week. Payable up to 13 weeks.

Long-term Disability Employer Paid 
After a 120-day elimination, 60 percent of pre-disability salary, to a max benefit of $10,000/month. Payable to age 65.

Paid Time Off
Regular full time and regular part-time employees receive paid time off benefits. The PTO plan provides between 184 – 264 hours annually (depending on the length of service) for vacation, holidays and sick time, plus another 63 – 96 hours of extended illness leave.  These amounts are prorated for eligible part time employees. 

Retirement Plan
All employees are eligible immediately to contribute to the INHS 401(k) Plan and receive a matching contribution.  An additional company contribution begins after one year of service.  The 401(k) offers pre-tax and after-tax Roth contribution options, and a wide range of investment options.
