St. Luke's Rehabilitation Institute welcomes Kim Jorgensen, MBA, BSN, RN, as chief nursing officer (CNO). Kim joins St. Luke's Rehabilitation Institute with over a decade of leadership experience and has held nurse leadership positions with Shriners Hospital for Children and Providence Sacred Heart Children's Hospital.
Kim brings years of experience in inter-professional program development, employee relations, patient care, performance improvement and regulatory compliance. She has a passion for nursing and understands the complexity of healthcare and the commitment to excellence, quality and safety.

Kim obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Washington Statute University and received her Master of Business Administration, with an emphasis in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University in Salt Lake City.
